Mindfulness for Beginners
$12 for 45 minutes
This class is for everyone including those who have never done mindfulness before, who have tried before and found it difficult, or who would like to learn mindfulness to get through this challenging time. This class will start with gentle yoga stretches. Then we will go through different types of mindfulness.
Desk Yoga Stretch
$10 for 30 minutes
Want a good break from work or the kids? This 30-minute real time online class will refresh you, reduce your stress and relieve your stiff shoulders. No yoga mat required, with the class being carried out in front of your work desk or on your chair. We will do some stretches, yoga poses and mindfulness by standing on a floor and sitting on a chair.
Lunchtime Yoga
$15 for 45 minutes
45 minutes lunchtime yoga will refresh and energize you.
This class is suitable for those who need a great break from work or chores, who would like to feel more relaxed, or who would like to fee refreshed.
This is for all levels. Beginners are welcomed!
