About The Mindfulness and Relaxation Workshop
Imagine walking away from a workshop feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control — where the stress that once felt heavy no longer weighs you down.
This is what the Mindfulness and Relaxation Workshop offers.
In just one hour, you’ll be guided through a peaceful experience that helps you release tension from your body, quiet your mind, and shift the way you relate to stress. Using gentle yet effective techniques from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness, and yoga deep breathing, you’ll discover how to find calm — even when life feels overwhelming.
You’ll work with a real source of stress in your life during the session, and by the end, many participants describe feeling like their stress simply isn’t stress anymore — it feels lighter, smaller, and easier to manage.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to:
Let go of stress and tension
Feel emotionally lighter and mentally clearer
Relax deeply — in both body and mind
Reconnect with a sense of peace and personal strength
You don’t need experience — just a willingness to show up for yourself.
Come as you are, and leave feeling renewed.
About The Presenter:
Kyoko Yamamoto
Kyoko Yamamoto is a passionate master life coach and yoga instructor. Her mission is to transform her clients’ and students’ minds into a more positive space. She regularly holds Wellbeing workshops and Yoga classes.
In order to create transformational results for her clients in such a short period of time, she incorporates the methods of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) into her workshops and classes. NLP is a scientifically proven process of helping rewire your thoughts and behaviours to let you achieve your desired life.
Kyoko moved to Australia from Japan in 2004. She was following her intuition that she would find a better and happier life in Australia. And she found what she was looking for and now enjoys a more relaxed lifestyle and more conducive work-life balance.
Testimonials
“I met Kyoko when I was struggling with my challenging career and relationship. Kyoko is so loving, genuine and honest as a person. She is also professional, patient and guiding as a teacher.
When entered her class room, I remember having felt very safe and comfortable. In her workshop, Kyoko helped us gain a new perspective about everything happening in our life - “What else could this mean beyond being a negative thing?”
By stepping back and reframing my view, I started to see my issues as blessings.
I found myself no longer in pain after her workshop as if all the dark clouds had cleared up...!
The coping technique Kyoko taught us can be used for various types of stress in our life.
I definitely recommend her workshop to everyone!
Thank you Kyoko for changing my life…!”
— Tami Okazaqui, Registered Nurse
“Kyoko’s workshop is truly life-changing, it helps drop stress immediately, and it creates space for accessing our own inner wisdom through various breathing techniques.
It’s been a couple of months since I took the first workshop and I have noticed some positive changes in my thinking, and consequently in my life.
The great thing about this workshop is that it helps in stress management just in one hour.
I can recommend this workshop to anyone, who would like to improve their mindsets and responses to life stressors, as these workshops can help to remain calm in stressful and demanding situations. Individuals, communities, organisations, and businesses can equally benefit from Kyoko’s workshops.
Thank you, Kyoko, for everything that you do and for introducing me to NLP!”
